The TD double bender works with 50 mm synchronized torsion drive shafts for the movement of the folding beam and the upper beam. With a total of five control shafts, all movements in the bending process of the double bender are controlled extremely precisely and exact parallelism is ensured over the entire length of the machine. The TD double bender is one of the best machines for forming radius parts with a particularly long service life. The incredible precision of this double bender results from the rotary encoders mounted directly on the control shaft. The synchronous distribution of force along the entire length of the machine completely eliminates the "twisting" that otherwise occurs over time. The TD double bender therefore achieves an accuracy of +/- 0.5° from the first to the last bend.
